- +What size should I order?
All Kickspos insoles are one-size! They start as women’s size 11. There are lines printed on the bottom so that you can easily trim them to your shoe size.
- +Do Kickspos prevent or treat foot pain? Do they have arch support?
We designed Kickspos as extra thin insoles that refresh your mind and your shoes. They do not address plantar fasciitis or other foot ailments. Some of our customers put Kickspos on top of their structured insoles to add extra pizzazz.
- +What kinds of shoes are best suited for Kickspos?
Kickspos are best suited for closed-toed flats or heels. You can also put them in slip-on sneakers. We find that they work best in sneakers that have an insole that is slightly more narrow than an athletic shoe.
- +I have smelly feet. Will Kickspos help?
Kickspos have an antimicrobial finish to help with odor control. You can also also hand wash your Kickspos with soap and simply let them hang dry.
- +How will Kickspos stay in my shoes?
The undersides of Kickspos are textured so they grip the bottom of your shoes. You do not need any adhesive.
- +Do I need to have shoes with a removable insole in order for me to use Kickspos?
Kickspos are extra thin and designed to go on top of the existing insole of your shoe.
- +The print that I wanted is no longer available. Where did it go?
We regularly update our prints and affirmations. Reach out to our design team (email@example.com) and let us know if there's a specific print that you'd like to see come back.
- +Where are Kickspos made?
Kickspos are made in the U.S. They are printed with love in Maryland.
- +What are the insoles made of?
The top layer is 100% polyester. The bottom is cushion foam.
- +Are Kickspos for men’s or women’s shoes?
Kickspos are for everyone! Our first product line is designed for a women’s size 11 shoe, which is the equivalent of a men’s size 9. We look forward to expanding our sizing in the future. If you have any specific suggestions or requests, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Trimming & Care
- +How do I trim my Kickspos?
Your Kickspos start as women’s size 11. Follow the lines printed on the bottom. Begin by cutting at least one full size larger than your shoes. For example, if your shoes are a size 8, cut along the lines for a size 9 first. For half sizes, we recommend trimming 1.5 sizes larger and then testing the fit. Trim smaller as needed.
Do you have a shoe with a very pointy toe that may already feel snug around your toes? If so, you may want to trim to a size smaller. For example, if your shoes are a size 9, you may want to trim to a size 8 if your toes feel a little snug in the front.
- +How do I wash my Kickspos?
Wash your Kickspos by hand with soap and hang dry. For stubborn stains, spritz on some laundry stain remover. To preserve the life of your Kickspos, we do not recommend putting them in the machine washer or dryer.
- +How can I track my order?

- +How long does it take Kickspos to leave HQ?
We try to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. We print all of our orders in small batches. If you have any concerns about the dispatch date, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com.

We offer 3 different shipping options:
Standard: Free on orders $35+ (typically up to 3 business days once processed)
Expedited $20 USD (typically 2 business days once processed)
Rush: $35 USD (typically 1 business day once processed)

Absolutely! Kickspos are one-size so you never have to worry about getting the right shoe size of the recipient. You also don't have to worry about wrapping paper because each pair of Kickspos comes in a super soft, cute envelope.
Returns & Exchanges
- +What is your return policy?
We will happily accept any exchanges or returns within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept any insoles that have been washed, worn or altered in any way. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll be happy to get you squared away! We will send you a return shipping label free of charge.
- +How do I submit an exchange or return?
Begin by reaching out to email@example.com. We will send you a prepaid shipping label via e-mail.
We issue refunds in the original form of payment once we receive your return. If you would like an exchange, we will send out the new order once we receive your return.
Need an exchange in a hurry? We suggest you place a new order for the style that you’d like and return the original pair.
